TECHNOLOGY VOUCHER PROGRAMME
This is a funding scheme under the Innovation and Technology Fund (ITF) that aims to subsidise local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in using technological services and solutions to improve productivity, or upgrade or transform their business processes.
Funding Details
Max. funding up to HK$200,000
Max. of 3 projects
On a 2:1 matching basis
Funding up to $200,000 for each eligible enterprise will be provided on a 2:1 matching basis. The applicant enterprise must contribute no less than one third of the total approved project cost in cash. Subject to the cumulative funding ceiling of $200,000, up to three projects from an enterprise may be approved.
Eligibility
Registered enterprise under the BRO
≥ 1-year substantive local business operation
Non-manufacturing enterprises: < 50 employees
manufacturing enterprises: < 100 employees
Application
- Obtain quotations from technology consultant, service providers and suppliers.
- Submit application with requirement documents:
- copy of Business Registration (BR) Certificate, copy of Form 1(a) of BR Office or Form NAR1 of Companies Registry
- evidence of substantive business operation (e.g. invoices/receipts, commercial contracts, audited account)
- Mandatory Provident Fund records
- copy of identity proof of signatory on application form
- copy of BR Certificate of technology consultant
- all issued quotation/tender invitation documents
- copy of quotation for expenditure items
